2. Filing a DMCA Notice

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content removed and the location where it appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, BeegTube.net will forward it to the original claimant and may restore the content after 10–14 business days, unless the claimant files a legal action.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

  • BeegTube.net reserves the right to terminate access to users or accounts who repeatedly infringe copyright, in accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service.

BeegTube.net is not responsible for any third-party content or copyright infringement that occurs on third-party websites or embedded platforms. Users are responsible for verifying the legality of any content they access.
